Strep-Tactin ™XT konjugerar med fluorescerande märkning för att detektera Strep-™tag II och Twin-Strep-tag™ fusionsproteiner

Strep-™Tactin XT är en streptavidinvariant, som binder till Strep-tag ™II och Twin-Strep-tag™ med hög affinitet och specificitet.

Den finns tillgänglig som konjugat med fluorescerande färgämnen (DY-488, DY-549, DY-649) för snabb och riktad detektion av N-terminalt, C-terminalt såväl som internt märkt Strep-tag ™II eller Twin-Strep-tag™ fusionsproteiner i applikationer som ELISA , FACS immunohistokemi och immuncytokemi.

Absorptions-/emissionsmaxima för de fluorescerande färgämnena är:
•DY-488: 493/518 nm
• DY-549: 550-560/575 nm
• DY-649: 655/676 nm
