Monoclonal antibody to detect Strep-tag™II and Twin-Strep-tag™ fusion proteins

StrepMAB-Classic is a highly selective, murine monoclonal antibody for detection of Strep-tag™II and Twin-Strep-tag™ fusion proteins in applications like western blots, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry.It is available unconjugated or coupled to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). StrepMAB-Classic HRP is suitable for chromogenic and chemiluminescent reactions. Please note: For capturing of Strep-tag™II and Twin-Strep-tag™ fusion proteins on solid phases, the use of StrepMAB-Immo or Strep-Tactin™XT is recommended due to the binding affinity in the pM range.
