StrepMAB-Classic-konjugat är monoklonala antikroppar med olika konjugat för att detektera Strep-™tag II och Twin-Strep-tag™ fusionsproteiner

StrepMAB-Classic är en mycket selektiv, murin monoklonal antikropp för detektion av Strep-™tag II och Twin-Strep-tag™ fusionsproteiner i applikationer som western blots, ELISA , FACS immunohistokemi och immuncytokemi.

Den finns tillgänglig kopplad till fluorescerande färgämnen (DY-488, DY-549, DY-649).

Absorptions-/emissionsmaxima för de fluorescerande färgämnena är:
• DY-488: 493/518 nm
• DY-549: 550-560/575 nm
• DY-649: 655/676 nm

Observera: För att fånga Strep-™tag II och Twin-Strep-tag™ fusionsproteiner på fasta faser rekommenderas användning av StrepMAB-Immo eller Strep-™Tactin XT på grund av bindningsaffiniteten i pM-intervallet.
