Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human HepG2 whole cell, human T-47D whole cell, human SH-SY5Y whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell. Flow: Daudi cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the tigger subfamily of the pogo superfamily of DNA-mediated transposons in humans. These proteins are related to DNA transposons found in fungi and nematodes, and more distantly to the Tc1 and mariner transposases. They are also very similar to the major mammalian centromere protein B. The exact function of this gene is not known.
