Applications
trans-3,4-Difluoro-4′-(4-n-pentylcyclohexyl)biphenyl, is used to make PDLC film, smart film, switchable film, PDLC glass, smart glass, switchable glass, PDLC mixture. It also acts as a liquid crystal monomer.

Sparingly Soluble in water.
