NanoViper connections come preassembled and high pressure tested. Thermo Scientific Trap Column Cartridges Holders with nanoViper fittings do not grab the tubing at a single point. They seal at the tip without using a ferrule. This gives nanoViper fittings their UHPLC, ensuing virtually dead-volume-free capabilities.
