Eurofins DiscoverX Txk Protein, Active
Description
TXK (TXK Tyrosine Kinase) is a ,on-receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a redundant role with ITK in regulation of the adaptive immune response. It predicted to enable non-membrane spanning protein tyrosine kinase activity. TXK is also involved in positive regulation of interferon-gamma-mediated signaling pathway, positive regulation of macromolecule metabolic process, and protein autophosphorylation. TXK is located in cytoplasm and nucleus.
