B7-1 and B7-2, together with their receptors CD28 and CTLA4, constitute one of the dominant costimulatory pathways that regulate T and B cell responses.

The Mouse B7-2/CD86 (NP_062261) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for B7-2/CD86, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The B7-2/CD86 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
