VP-SFM AGT™ Medium

Gibco VP-SFM AGT Medium is a flexible-format medium that is equivalent to VP-SFM with the addition of Advanced Granulation Technology for simplified preparation. VP-SFM is a serum-free, animal-origin-free culture medium designed for growth of VERO cells and virus production. It is also suitable for the growth of COS-7, MDCK, BHK-21, and Hep2 cells and for recombinant protein production.

VP-SFM AGT™ är ett serumfritt medium med ultralågt protein i ett lättanvänt granulärt format. Den är designad för tillväxt av VERO-celler för virusproduktion och för tillväxt av COS-7-, MDCK-, BHK-21- och Hep-2-celler för rekombinant proteinproduktion.
