CCL3 (MIP-1 alpha) Mouse anti-Human, FITC, Clone: CR3M, eBioscience™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Affymetrix eBioscience 11-9706-42
Additional Details : Weight : 0.23750kg
DescriptionApplications Tested: This CR3M antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis of stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells using the Intracellular Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Set (cat. 88-8824) and protocol. Please refer to Best Protocols: Protocol A: Two step protocol for (cytoplasmic) intracellular proteins located under the Resources Tab online. This can be used at 5 µL (0.06 µg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered. Macrophage inflammatory protein-1a (MIP-1a) is an 8kDa member of the C-C chemokine subfamily. C-C chemokines are chemoattractants and activators for monocytes and T cells. MIP-1a has been identified as one of the major HIV-SFs produced by CD8+ T cells, along with MIP-1b and RANTES.
