ApplicationsHesperidin which has been found to be a potent chemopreventive agent in oral, urinary bladder, and colon carcinogenesis in animal models. Applied in food field, it is used as a flavour enhancer and sweetener in a wide variety of alcoholicbeverage, dessert foods and savory foods, applied in cosmetics, it can be added into toothpaste and mouth wash, applied in pharmaceutical field, it is mainly used to reducing the bitterness of in form. It also enhance the action of Vitamin C.
Solubility
Insoluble in water. Soluble in organic solvents such as DMSO.
Notes
Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage temperature: 2 - 8°C. Keep away from strong oxidizing agents. Keep away from strong light and heat.
