Prevent permeation loss of samples with the Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Large Wide-Mouth Fluorinated HDPE Bottle with Closure. Fluorinating these high density polyethylene bottles provides a cost-effective alternative to costly fluoropolymer containers. Enhances long-term performance and prevents permeation loss.

  • Fluorinated to enhance long-term performance and prevent solvent permeation loss
  • Wide mouth allows access
  • Yields lower extractables than other bottles
  • NOTE: This bottle is not liquid leakproof
  • Note: The fluorination process leaves the bottle with a matte finish and light yellow coloration. This is normal for fluorinated bottles.
Includes: 
  • Fluorinated polypropylene screw closures
