Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Polycarbonate Conical-Bottom Centrifuge Bottle
Beskrivning
Process pelleting applications such as cell culture harvesting and protein biochemistry, including ammonium sulfate precipitations, with Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Polycarbonate Conical-Bottom Centrifuge Bottle. Molded of rigid and robust polycarbonate copolymer, these transparent bottles are autoclavable and offer excellent mechanical strength.
- For low to moderate speed centrifugation of biological and chemical samples
- Includes polypropylene sealing cap assembly with silicone gasket for added leakproof† assurance at maximum speeds or when spinning hazardous materials
- Must be used with Nalgene adapter for conical-bottom centrifuge bottles (DS3126-0175)
- For proper performance, bottles must be filled to 80% of total capacity
- Autoclavable, transparent, leakproof† when used with supplied Nalgene closure, molded-in graduations
- Autoclaving will shorten the life of PC centrifuge bottles
You can achieve successful leakproof† performance using these two bottles in Thermo Fisher Fiberlite F12-6x500 LEX rotor when used with the 010-0152 adaptor at speeds up to but not exceeding 24,470 x g.

†Termen läckagesäker gäller för Thermo Scientific Nalgene produkter som uppfyller följande kriterier: a) Förslutningssystem för flaskor/flaskor/trattar med förslutningar som är mindre än 100 mm, efter att de har fyllts med vatten, inverterade, tål ett lufttryck på 2 psig i 2 minuter, och inget vatten rinner ut. b) Förslutningssystem för flaskor/tratt/flaskor som är större än 100 mm efter att de har fyllts med vatten, vänts upp och ner i 15 minuter och inget vatten rinner ut. Obs: dessa tester, med andra vätskor, kanske inte ger samma resultat.
