- The recommended volume of buffer PFN depends on the sample type:
- Kiwi: 50 ÎĽL
- Lemon: 50 ÎĽL
- Apple: 15 ÎĽL
- Orange: 15 ÎĽL
- Blueberry: 50 ÎĽL
- Fungal hyphae: 0–50 μL
- During storage, especially at low temperatures, a precipitate may form, which can be easily dissolved by incubating the bottle at 40 °C before use
