PARP1 Mouse anti-Human, Mouse, Rat, Clone: 1D7D4, Proteintech
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Proteintech 66520-1-IG-150UL
Additional Details : Weight : 0.00010kg
Description
This antibody was generated against the N-terminal region of human PARP1 and it recognizes the full-length as well as the cleavage of the PARP1.
Poly ADP-Ribose Polymerase (PARP) uses nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (oxidized form) NAD as a substrate to catalyse the transfer of ADP-ribose to a variety of nuclear protein acceptors. Proteolysis of PARP to its stable 85kDa fragment is an early marker of programmed cell death (apoptosis) and is mediated by the caspase CPP32 protein. Cleavage occurs between Adp216 and Gly217, a site in PARP conserved across species.Specifications
