Designed for both manual and semi-automated workflows, including seamless integration with the VIA Extractor™ tissue disaggregator, these mixes support dissociation at both cold (4°C) and warm (37°C) temperatures, preserving transcriptomic integrity while enhancing reproducibility.

Dissociation enzyme mixes (for research only) for lung, liver, brain and kidney are kits intended for the dissociation of lung, liver, brain and kidney tissues in single-cell sample preparation workflows.  

Minimum of 12 months.

The number of reactions depends on the enzyme mix. Dissociation enzyme mix A (lung), dissociation enzyme mix B (liver) and dissociation enzyme mix C (brain): each pack contains 50 reactions if used with the VIA Extractor and 25 reactions if used with manual methods. Dissociation enzyme mix D (kidney): contains 20 reactions per pack.

There are two procedures available depending on your workflow. These documents include step-by-step protocols for both manual and semi-automated workflows, recommended materials, and enzyme preparation guidelines.
