  • Qubit RNA HS Assay Kit, when used with the Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer (Mfr. No. Q32866), is highly selective for RNA, and will not quantitate DNA, protein, or free nucleotides
  • Common contaminants, such as salts, free nucleotides, solvents, detergents, or protein, are well-tolerated in the assay
  • Assay kit is designed to be accurate for RNA sample concentrations between 250pg/μL and 100ng/μL
  • Concentrated assay reagent, dilution buffer, and prediluted RNA standards included
  • Simply dilute the reagent using the buffer, add sample between 1μL and 20μL , and read the concentration using the Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer
  • Quantitation Range: 5-100ng
